Zombie Nation Trailer (2004 Independent Film)
5No, it's not the Lionsgate Zombie Nation that everybody knows about. This was a trailer for an independent film with the same name being made around the same time. The movie was being produced by a company called Juggrnaut, Ltd. The movie, to my conjecture, was most likely never finished.
Here's the synopsis taken straight from the website:
"Not much is left o' the world after the zombie plague, nuclear warfare, and a lot of really poor choices.
Story goes, a couple sick cows made there way to the rendering plant, and an 'as yet to be determined' chemical was introduced into the mix before the batch was shipped off round the world. For some unknown reason that batch a meat made people's chemical make-up pretty angry. Makin em angry enuff to turn em inta zombies.
Walking dead, the un-dead, lost souls, carniverus necro-sumthinicuss. Anyways they started eatin people world round. This upset a lot a nations. And they happenned ta find out that that un- holy batch a meat was from the states. So they decided to stop the problem at the source. "Cut the head, the body caint survive" if you will. So missiles were launched and bein the red blooded 'fuck em if they can't take a joke' Americans we are the guvment decided we're not going out without takin some smelly cheese eaten forrenners with us.
Our story takes place in this crappy aftermath. Our 'hero', mind you I use that term loosely, is a young gentleman named Dooger. See after all the killin, eaten, and fighten our hero had nowhere to go except the one place he didn't want to die in. His hometown. This movie chronicles his journey home, and the events that make him a man or sumfin."
