In a Zombie Apocalypse, it is not unlikely that soldiers die in full battle dress, then come back as ghouls. This would be tough, they may still wear a steel helmet - designed to protect its owner from skull injuries.

So the new and improved Zombie hammer is tested against a German Army ("Bundeswehr") surplus helmet - a bit smelly, but fully intact with all the inner parts still complete.
