0I was about to explore the Tower of London, I died once there as a survivor after finding the roof. When I walked through the location with my second survivor, just after the manhole there is a door which needed to load. So I waited. After it was done, I entered into the elegant glitch bugged world of ZombiU. Needless to say, I was stuck, messing around. Even after teleporting with the manhole and back it did not go away. Even after resetting the game it did not go away. I could no longer crouch through the small opening at the corner next to the barricaded door(not depicted in this video). Only after re-inserting the disc was I able to continue.
