After 15 long years of being banned, this YouTube channel was finally unblocked in April 2022. This channel was first blocked in 2007 after reaching a 500k view milestone, causing a cease and desist. This was coincidentally right after Google purchased Youtube for $1.65 billion. YouTube blocked the majority of this channel's previous content, and blocked all content to be shared between Sept, 2009 - Dec, 2011. After a settlement was reached, this channel was allowed to publish "limited original content" beginning Jan, 2012. This channel received a second "semi-permanent" block in April, 2017; after getting new copyright strikes from past content. The previous content was shared with Creative Commons license in 2008, but this channel was blocked again as a "repeat offender" for 5 consecutive years.
In 2022, we received a letter from Google. We are now posting "safe" content to avoid a third (final) YouTube strike that would allegedly delete our entire channel and upload history.
