"Kai$oundz?" is an independent American recording artist, rapper, vocalist, producer, film maker & creative director from Philadelphia, Pa.
A "young boul" inspired by Chief Keef's meteoric rise and Spaceghostpurrp's groundbreaking BLVCKLVND RVDIX 66.6 in 2012,
this aspiring "Pirate King" set sail on his artistic journey.
Fuelled by genuine curiosity, Kai$oundz embarked on this path by pirating FL Studio, slowly amassing a fanbase on Soundcloud within the depths of underground hip-hop. However, disillusioned by the artificial standards and cliques prevalent on the platform, he chose to return to his indie roots, armed with newfound skills and a distinctive sound.
What began as an innocent exploration evolved into a battle against adversity—poverty, drugs, corruption, and discrimination. Unbeknownst to him, his contributions in music would become blueprints for random music makers& creators worldwide. In the face of a shifting digital landscape and diminishing hope in his hometown, he stood resilient, choosing to combat challenges by doing what he does best:
as capitalism keeps capitalizing.
