What is The Golf Paradigm?
The Golf Paradigm is a theory that encompasses a Whole-In-One approach to improvement. There is the overall game of golf, the two balancing parts are improving and still having fun. Within that balance are the 5 elements that allows the golfer to do that; the swing, club fitting, health & fitness, mental, and integration. The primary focus is to identify the cause, not the symptom, of an issue, fix it and allow the golfer to continue with their improvement and enjoyment.
