Father of 3, Nerd, Combat Vet AFG(03/04) Florida Man. In 2019 I injured my arm doing something stupid while working here at the State park =,D The VA Dr. that saw me for the injury also informed me that I was getting fat. Point blank he called me on it. I followed his diet instructions to the calorie for a few months and then physical therapy released me to do straight arm burpees. They didn't know how many I had planned to do. I went for 5,000 by my 40th birthday, hit that goal and decided for 25k...a few days in I realized I had it in me to finish the year. My 2nd go at 50k was 2022 and I uploaded every day so my sons would see what you can accomplish if you don't stop working at it. I hit my goal and grew within the burpee community. Now that I've done 100k burpees I've convinced my wife to do some music and anime reactions with me.
