According to my intel, warfare is won by strategies and commitment. If one soldier fights alone, they can put up a fight before eventually being put down. Add more soldiers to the mix? They can start a war and exceed their survivability.
Under the banner of Novakov Munitions, we mercenaries fight not for the money, but for the principle of protecting the innocent. Each soldier has a tale, explaining their reasons to fight and why it matters to them. Some want to protect their homes, live up to their ancestor's legacy, crush evil from its doorstep... or keep the devil within them to not let it out.
Like our Commander's motto, we should never back down an established deal. However, if the deal turns out to be something sinister... to the point that it breaks our code, we had to make exceptions.
