Mechcommander Omnitech is a standalone game based on Mechcommander 2 shared source code release by Microsoft.
Much is changed/improved:
Over a hundred new mechs and vehicles, Much better AI (new AI for player units), Unlimited number of mechs and components and pilots form the original game is removed with realistic mech inventory, new component inventory and purchase system, and new pilot inventory and hire system. Economy bits added - maintenance, pilot salaries... Overall graphics level is greatly improved over the original. In mission components salvage like in Mechcommander 1 and many more...
