I collect and play vintage video games. I'm so fascinated by their melodies that I decided to become a chiptuner in 2017.
In my early days, I used Famitracker to create music for the Nintendo NES. But when I envisioned the possibility of adapting the soundtrack of my favorite game (Mega Man X) to my all-time favorite console (Sega Mega Drive), I felt I could create an adaptation with a level of fidelity never before heard.
So, in 2019, I began my first major project: the album "MMX2612 VOL. 1," featuring the melodies of Mega Man X for Sega Genesis, released in 2022. Since then, I've dedicated myself to taking the Mega Drive's sound to the next level, debunking historical myths about its supposed technical limitations.
