the masterpiece of a youtube channel you've stumbled upon focuses primarily on fan-fiction rewrites of anime and video games targeted towards kids like me in the early-to-mid 2000's; what was the inescapable result of a boy from a conservative family who sought comfort in creativity, action, and meaningful storytelling that he could relate to in a world that feels so deeply unrelatable.
but writers have flaws, and are always dictated by those who don't care about telling meaningful, fun stories that make people happy and express a piece of its writer's soul. rather, the people who own these creative works seek nothing but more money and more control, two severely unnatural and inhuman social contracts that everyone tries to ignore, but poisons our everyday lives.
those thoughts inspire me the most to try and maybe... erase some of the corporate cash-grab nonsense from an otherwise incredibly beautiful story.
