About I Love Indies
Hi, I'm Leon
I have been playing video games since the 1980s. My first computer was a ZX Spectrum 128k and my favourite game was 'Dizzy'. Since then, I have owned almost all the major consoles, and last year got my first gaming PC.
I have always liked more leftfield, creative, obscure games, and for that reason, developed a love of indie games, initially through Xbox Live Arcade and games like Fez, Limbo, Super Meat Boy and Braid.
Steam has now become my platform of choice for indies, with roguelites, metroidvanias, platformers, point and click adventures and narrative walking simulators some of my favourite genres.
I've always wanted to share my love of indies with others, and give more of a voice to smaller games, so I decided to start my own YouTube channel.
