The Witcher Tabletop RPG by Cody and Lisa Pondsmith. Character creation from @HIntFishy and @Nitebyes leading to the birth of Heamus and Dagread respectively. We only put in ONE House Rule addendum, which is good going.

R Talsorian look to have done a good job on this, it captures the feel of the games very well and does a lovely job of breaking out the world detail in easy to manage chunks and efficient character lifepath tables.
