In this video I explain the premise of this One Man Show with the Turbografix 16 game D&D Order of the Griffon. In short, if you want a fun, faster-paced D&D game, instead play the D&D Arcade Games (Tower of Doom and Shadows Over Mystara) or the Infinity Engine games (Baldur's Gate 1 & 2, Icewind Dale 1 & 2, and Planescape: Torment). ProJared got me into this game and I was curious if this new pregenerated party configuration (Tor the Dwarf, Kelwin the Cleric, Valos the Wizard, and Larissa the Elf Fighter/Mage) would make me want to play longer.

This game uses the D&D 1e/2e Basic rules and is set in the campaign setting of Mystara, the same campaign setting as the D&D arcade games.
