I don't think it's really feasible to heal the overlap on the golem boss in Waycrest Manor, at least not on decently high Tyrannical keys. The AoE alone is enough to drop some players, the cage on top of that is just too much to AoE heal.

The Everbloom +18 was fun, we managed to time it even with a full wipe on the 2nd boss, so we were doing well. I definitely didn't handle it perfectly, but I had a hard time keeping track of the melee boss charge while also healing pretty high AoE damage. I am very happy with how I handled the mage and last boss though, I was worried if I could or couldn't, but the HPS was enough!

The second Waycrest Manor was such a blast, the entire group was doing so well, I think I was too! I love Mythic+ runs like that.
