005: Agarest: Generations of War Review
3Game 005 is done! 84 hours of gameplay later and Agarest: Generations of War can be crossed of the list.
Now onto Agarest Zero. Urgh.
It's a solid game but you're really only going to get into it if you like the battle system, controls are quite clunky and it takes a while to get into but you'll have plenty of time to learn the games mechanics as each of the five generations is anywhere up to 100 turns long and almost 20 hours each.
Also you press B on the controller to jump, at no point during the tutorial does it tell you this and at the first exploration point you need to jump or you can't go on.
At time of upload it's available on Steam for 75% off: http://store.steampowered.com/app/237890/ so it might be worth checking out, if it's back to full price it might be worth waiting/shopping around.
