02 — NextFest October 2022 | BioFrame Outpost
3I recorded a dozen demos from the Steam NextFest for October 2022, but not all of them were good. This falls somewhere in the 'your mileage may vary' section of the scale.
There's a place in the market for a slower-paced puzzle-style Metroidvania, but it wasn't for me. I found the camera gimmick very interesting but ponderous, and the jump-to-ladder control needs some work.
Maybe playing it straight after '9 Years of Shadow' didn't help sell this one to me.
