Second episode of my look at the Early Access Phase 1 demo for Project Colonies: MARS 2120, a new Metroidvania that draws clear inspirations from Metroid and other greats of the genre.

This part of the demo has some performance issues. I don't know if they're unique to my system or if others find the same thing. For reference, my PC specs are:

CPU: i7 9700K @ 3.6ghz (but boosted to 4.6ghz usually)
GPU: GTX 3090
RAM: 32GB DDR4
PSU: 1000W (I think. Or maybe 1200W. Can't remember.)

CPU and MOBO will be getting an upgrade as they're bottlenecking things (in general).
