04Jan 2021_ How to Decrypt [The Colors Of] The Schumann Resonance Spectrogram
Stated Clear Intention.

First, an introduction of the basic Elements of the charts from the Tomsk S.O.S. The most common report of the Schumann Resonances, comes from the Space Observing System, at Tomsk State University, based in Siberia, (Russia.) Tomsk State University is a publicaly-funded institution, which provides the constantly-running report free of cost (through internet, or app) to the general public. There are multiple sites around the world which measure Schumann Resonances. Not all of these (most in fact), do not make these reports readily available to the general public. However, in published studies, one may find the reports of these sites' measurements.
There are 4 panels (from top to bottom): Spectrogram; Amplitude; Quality; Frequency.
Spectrogram. This is a composite view which is "drawn" (plotted) from the real-time information received from its dependencies. The dependecies of Amplitude, Quality, Frequency follow. The spectrogram is a full-color report.
It shows spikes of amplitude as vertical lines. Magnetic waves, are shown as horizontal bands. These two variable directions of the patterns on the spectro- represent the direction of travel of the signals being measured.
At the far left is the scale of frequency of the resonances, measured in Hertz. It goes from 0 (0.3) Hertz at the top, moving downwards (on the spectro-), in increments of 4 Hz, to the max at 40 Hz. The signal gets plotted from top down, left to right. At the bottom runs the date, time measurement. Generally there is a 48-60 hour running track of the Schumann resonances.
The spectrogram can be thought of as a canvas. The "at-rest, fair weather" state of the environment is represented with a dark blue (navy). Our hypothetical "canvas" stands ready as a deep, dark blue, nearly black color; waiting for a signal.

The first lesson of understanding the Schumann resonances is "examine your local environment first. Examine the local weather at the antenna-detector state, secondly. Compare the two, thirdly. Your results may vary from what it says in Russia."
