This video is a discussion on a recent data anomaly, found on the Schumann resonance spectro- from Tomsk, on 30 Dec. from: 01LT-08LT,which is: 29th Dec 18UTC-01UTC (30Dec); where it appears that section of the spectro report has been "darkened".
One of the common beliefs of this Ascension Age, is the role that "The Schumann" plays in their daily life. There is an unhealthy dependence on metering, and measuring technologies, on net-work based upgrades; that we miss the natural world at work, doing what it does.
There are many, many misperceptions, and outright unreasonable expectations as to what The Schumann Resonances actually are in your life and what the spectrogram tells us it is in Tomsk.
In my experience in this very subject matter, evaluating the public at large, the phrase "the Schumann" is an amalgam of two separate things. The is this first part which is the spectrographic report which reflects local conditons and should be used as an educational model. This is the results that the spectroscopic machine puked-out to the students at the Tomsk University. The other part to this confused phrase is the local conditions in their immediate environment; which would be the relevant Schumann resonance conditions, pertinent to the OP.
The first lesson of understanding the Schumann resonances is "examine your local environment first. Examine the local weather at the antenna-detector state, secondly. Compare the two, thirdly. Your results may vary from what it says in Russia."
Which are we talking about?
The computer printout of the information from the antenna in Tomsk Russia, Or, The phenomenological events happening in your very house, in your neighborhood...which might not actually be in Russia?
The computer interpretation of the events happening in Russia is correct for over there. Your results will be different.
I'm fairly tired of people looking at the Russian results and calling them "liars" because your geographical area is having different results.
Worst, are the turds calling Tomsk liars, and never check the local weather over there, to see what the actual conditions are. It's disgusting, actually.
If you don't have a Schumann resonance antenna in your back yard, that's unfortunate. Perhaps you should build one. I've done videos on this very subject. Consider building your own, and leave the rest of us out of your unsubstantiated rumors.
So, what was going on recently in Russia that might account for a void?
Dark Blue is the "At rest fair weather state" of the atmosphere.
Darker blue indicates NOT MUCH HAPPENING ON THE SCHUMANN.
In the future, when/if you see or hear the phrase "NOTHING HAPPENING ON THE SCHUMANN" ; you will have this visual aid to help you see what "nothing on the Schumann" looks like.
What could cause a patch of "nothing happening here" to appear on the Schumann Spectrogram?

In ALL of these discussions, I have explained that Dark blue is the at rest state of the chart. The Darker the blue, the calmer the day.,, at least in theory
