An aux channel, also known as a bus or send channel, is a separate channel that allows you to route audio from multiple tracks to a single destination. This can be useful for applying effects or processing to multiple tracks at once, without having to duplicate the effects on each individual track.

In Reason Studios, creating an aux channel is simple. First, create a new mixer channel by clicking the "+" icon in the mixer window. Then, set the input of the new channel to "Bus" instead of "Audio Input." You can then use the "Send" controls on each track to send audio to the aux channel.

Once the audio is routed to the aux channel, you can add effects or processing just as you would with any other mixer channel. This can be a powerful tool for creating cohesive mixes and adding depth and interest to your music.

you can also use the Return effect by adding an effect device on the master channel. Then you can send audio to the Return FX device, using the "Send" controls on each track that you want to process with the SSL Mixer.

So, whether you're a producer or mixer, be sure to experiment with aux channels in Reason Studios and see how they can take your productions to the next level.
