Marz Tactical Defense is a mix of realtime stratgey and tower defense. You try to colonize Mars but encounter that apparently some humans have been there before. You have to fight for your survival while trying to find out what has really happened. The game offers great visuals, a story, voice acting and a really interesting blend of different game mechanis. The campaign has 20 missions with two alternative endings. But you can also play Skirmish and create and share your own maps.

The game has been in early access since September 2017 and has recently been released. It's been developed by the Vienna based indie-developer doorfortyfour, basically the married couple Miriam, and Marc Egli. Marc has previously worked on titles like The Crew, Forza Horizon and Crackdown while Miriam was previously an architect.
