Well, I placed block(s) behind an enemy.
Which means, the enemy can not spawn!

For brick blocks, we can remove the block by pressing a P-switch.
The other block I destroyed with a thump.
Lastly, I turned a coin into a block, meaning the enemy can no longer spawn!

By using a door or a pipe, I reload the screen, forcing the enemies to spawn again.
Since I changed the blocks, Bowser could not spawn, the wiggler can spawn, and the Bomb can spawn.
Since I stacked the bomb on the moles, the bomb spawned as a stack!
