(100%* Quite Hard difficulty) Runner2 - World 3: The Supernature | Gaijin Games | Windows | 2013
1*100% ≠ all Steam achievements. Instead in this instance, it's all gold, all collectables and not any malarky like all bullseyes. All I need is a Perfect on each level, NOT a Perfect+. And we're doing it on Quite Hard difficulty and skipping all checkpoints.
I think this is where:
1. Some of the levels start getting a bit trickier
2. I start to get annoyed by some of the art direction in this game
In this World, I found there wasn't enough contrast between Commander Video and his surroundings, especially since the player needs to rely on their peripheral vision to know his whereabouts relative to everything else. Choosing alternate skins isn't an acceptable solution to this, since there's no onus on the players to get the requisite collectables. And the incredibly distracting backgrounds in this World act more as an irritant than adding to the challenge.
Why do I like RUNNER more than Runner2? The above paragraph sums up the biggest reason.
