0*100% ≠ all Steam achievements. Instead in this instance, it's all gold, all collectables and not any malarky like all bullseyes. All I need is a Perfect on each level, NOT a Perfect+. And we're doing it on Quite Hard difficulty and skipping all checkpoints.
I do spend an inordinate amount of time confused about the progression & level unlocking. I think by the time we get to World 3 I have it figured out though. The very last level I beat in this World, I came back for after (I think) I'd done World 4.
