The family of Cedric Hayden, who was killed alongside DeJuan Pettis in a crash involving Warren police officers, has filed a $100 million lawsuit against the city and officers. The crash occurred when the officers, responding to a call about a stolen vehicle, collided with the Dodge Durango carrying Hayden and Pettis, who were not suspects in any crime.
