Dragonflight Season 2, Patch 10.1: A day of significant changes in the PTR of Patch 10.1:
Blizzard is once gain planning to increase Player's Health as well as Enemey Damage simultaneously
in an attempt to make healing more impactful and have Healers spend more of their time healing.
On top of that, we're also getting "compensation" tuning in terms of healing to Tanks and DPS
Specs, and also some further tuning, both Buffs and Nerfs, to several of the Tier Set Bonuses
for Season 2.
