📍 What's up  guys, CS20 here,  hope you're doing well.  In today's video,  we're gonna try  and break my previous  record of 800  horsepower per cylinder.  Let's find out if  we can.  Now the preference,  this, and this  particular record  that I have in mind,  is my previous record was  800, just over 800  horsepower per cylinder.
We're gonna try and  make 850 horsepower  per cylinder.  I would like to end up  eventually with an engine  that makes a  thousand horsepower per  cylinder But I don't  know if that's even  possible in this game,  but enough rambling.  Let's get on to the  engine build So for turbos,  we are using  twin turbos for all the  powery goodness and  we're moving on to the  fuel system now So for the  fuel system, we are  using direct injection and  per cylinder running it Of  course on nitro meth  my favorite fuel For exhaust  we are going to be  using the tubular race  header and of  course with our dual  outlets and no cat,  no muffler,  none of that.

Let's move to the  top end and select  from there. So as  you can see there  we are just setting  our cam profile as well  as our compression  ratio with our  spring and lifter tension  of course. And  we're just going to be  selecting our RPM  rev limiter which is  going to be around,  I think around 9000  or just under 9000 RPM.
Just so that this engine will live  happily at this RPM, of course.  Next we're going to move  to the turbo system, and of  course we're going to change a couple  of parameters like our compressor  size with our boost, and of course  our AR ratio. Now,  this is a little bit sped up,  I have to say this,  because this would otherwise  be like a ten minute video.
But, I had a lot of trials and  errors and all that,  changing a couple of parameters  on this engine. It didn't really  want to work with me,  I didn't look at the  stresses and also  the flowchart,  I didn't really look  there. Because as you  clearly can see, that's  clearly an exhaust  that is very much too small, limiting our engine here.
So uh, that's just a  quick editor's note, so  it will be fixed in the next  couple of seconds,  don't worry.  And as you can see there,  there is our problem  right there.  Now, without really  going in too mentally  with the tuning, we're  already at  4400 horsepower,  which is mad, if you  really think about it.   And what  I like about the FLAT 6 configuration is  it's a very balanced engine.

There's a reason why Porsche  still use this, use  this as their preferred  engine for the 911. Now  back to the video. So as  you can see there,  we are quickly going back  to the top end  and just checking over  all of our arrangements  here. It's looking okay.  We can't really run  too much boost because of,  well, Conrad's being  severely stressed at the  RPM level.

But if we  want to get to that  5, 000 horsepower mark,  there is it. There  it is! 5, 000  horsepower! Beautiful!  Let's see if we can get  a little more out of it.   I think we can go up to  5355, I believe. But  let's see, let's see if  it's even possible. So  we're gonna do  some more intricate tuning,  like the turbo system  and as well as  the top end.

So I  can't rev it any higher.  I can lower  our cam profile a  little bit, because I  know it's already  lowered, so that's  fine. I think we can increase  a little more. No,  it's okay, we can't.  Okay, so I'm going to  lower the capacity  of this engine on the  stroke size just a little bit  and see if we can't  make a little more power.

So, that is okay. That  looks okay. Okay, so  we can in fact make more  power with this thing.  Just not by adding boost.  Just meshing with the  rest of the sliders, of  course. So, as you  can see there,  5, 061 horsepower  already. Now, I think  we can get a  little more power out here.  Not much, but small amounts.  I think, let's lower that a  little bit to make it more  safer.

Okay, so that,  there we go, there  we go. We made a  little more power.   Okay, we can  go back here. Can't  really mess too much  of this. I can lower  the fuel map a little bit.   Okay, can we increase?  Yes we can. Making  a little more power. Right  about there. Alright, so I'm not  going to push this engine  any harder.

We're already tapped  out here. So, I'm going to quickly  go paint this engine,  as you can see there,  it's looking beautiful. Let's  do two pulls, one  looking at the engine, one  looking at the graph.  So, yeah, this thing  is ginormous So I hope it  sounds good.  Let's find out.

Holy smokes, this engine  sounds absolutely insane.  Thank you so much for  watching. Do consider to like,  comment, share  and subscribe  and I'll  see you  wonderful people next video.  Bye. Bye
