A very common request on Reddit is some way of capturing game play video on the Steam Deck without using an external PC.

Sure you could try to juggle OBS with screen capture and all that (which isn't as easy as it sounds on the Deck) or just plug this box between your Steam Deck and TV/monitor and hit the button to record.

We'll unbox, set it up, test 720p and 1080p modes, show test footage, discuss the tech specs of the box and go over some of the shortcomings.

It is really cool to be able to play, capture and upload right on your Deck!
