Mistakes were made in this session of Prime 3. Third death of the playthrough occurred because I forgot how you were supposed to do the enemy encounter leading up to the Nova Beam and was killing them way too hard and expending all my health with Hyper Mode. And a more subtle mistake was later on during the backtrack portion of the playthrough where I forgot to get a scan for a specific blast door that I completely forgot was a one time only scan. Despite having multiple moments in the game where you have to unlock a door with seeker missiles, only one actually has a log book entry. So yeah, my 100% streak is ruined, but I'm still gonna carry onto the end when next stream I finish the Pirate Homeworld and finish the fight on Phaaze.
