Episode 11 of "ULTRASEVEN X," "AQUA PROJECT," aired on December 14, 2007.
The giant monitor was a surveillance camera, and someone was manipulating society.
Jin appeals to DEUS, but they ignore him because he was with Elea, who is suspected of being an alien.
With the help of Kay and S, Jin learns part of the Aqua Project from the Ministry of Science,
and finally learns of his memories from Elea...

There's no transformation this time around either. Two episodes in a row is quite unusual, even for the entire series.

But, following on from the last episode, it's packed with important storytelling. Jin's past is finally revealed.

Elea is played by Kagami Saki, who would go on to play Fangire Queen Mayu in "Kiva" about six months later.

She has played the mysterious woman twice in the same period.
