最近ちょっと胃腸の調子が良くないので１日断食するよー🍗
（断食期間：2022/07/29の21:00～2022/07/31の09:00）
断食ルールとして、ニンジンジュースを朝昼夜それぞれに摂取、それ以外はお水のみ
（体調が悪い、違和感がある場合は即中止）
断食中は英語の勉強をDuolingoを使ってやるよー
勉強疲れたら、ゲームして、夕方からVRゲーム（Groove Fit Island!!）で汗かいてフィニッシュ
配信は10:00開始、21:00終了予定だよー📺
