ASUS have released their first mechanical switch with a new design, meaning you won't be able to get custom key caps for them yet. Sound was always really important to me when choosing a mechanical keyboard though, so this is a sound test so you can figure out if you like listening to this while gaming or typing.


So this is the ROG RX Red. Nice and linear, has a softened sound to it, I quite like it. The keyboard has some nice features too so if you like the sound, this could be worth a look.

As for in game ... I'll get to that in another video. For now, this is just a sound test.


Full disclosure: ASUS did send me this keyboard and I said I'd do a typing test for them, been meaning to get back to doing these so hopefully will do more in the future. Might review later if I get time.
