Teach us a quick and easy or body workout that you can do without any extra equipment, it is purely bodyweight. You can get a lot done in a 15 minute workout, and this can leave your legs with quite a burn. The tempo and speed to do this workout in is important to make sure you're taking the utmost care to not do something to quickly! Slow eccentric/concentric can lead to great muscle/strength
