In preparation to build the first full auto pencil launcher ever presented on YouTube, we have now mounted the originally hand held weapon to a (wobbly) table.

It works! See 16 sharp pencils fly out like crazy, perforating a cardboard box with tight groups.

Next, we will convert it to full auto mode, using chain, sprocket and a power drill....

Pencils are of course highly unstable in flight, due to the lack of a front heavy tip and fletching. This limits the effective shooting distance to maybe 3 meters. The ultimate goal is to make a bigger one that shoots seriously heavy steel pointed bolt with enough force to pierce a Zombie skull!
