The only thing that Call of Duty Modern Warfare, especially MW3, has proved is that even good graphics cannot beat a good storyline. Modern Warfare Original Trilogy remains one of the best Call of Duty franchises, and the reboot only stands to tarnish its reputation.
The most recent title, MW3, has set records, with one of the most notable being "Shortest Call of Duty Campaign," offering a measly 4-hour gameplay. Whether it is Activision's greed or the modernization of classic franchises like Call of Duty Modern Warfare, the video gaming era seems to be taking a turn for the worse, and MW3 might just be the beginning of that.
