In this video, I explain and show you how to set up a sustainable farming loop you can run while you're present or away. Put all your characters in the back row BEFORE you start this river trip, and save periodically in various save state slots because you can't save the normal way while on your farming loop! For infinite no-MP healing on your party that ignores Reflect, ensure you have your cursor set to MEMORY, you have Banon spamming Health/Pray command OR Setzer spamming the Slots command. Use your other 3 characters as whatever you want, but this is my recommendation:

-Relm equips a brush weapon and spams Sketch OR Locke equips the Thief Gloves & Thief Bracers relics with 2 weapons and spams Mug. This is the group's primary damage dealer. Remember, you still must win fights!

-Celes spams Runic. For this, she requires Gau also be in the party and spam a rage that casts a runicable spell. I recommend General (Magitek Facility or the Veldt) for Slow because it doesn't damage any foes and allows other party members to use their commands; however, Templar (Imperial Camp or Veldt) for Fira, V.Dancer AKA SlamDancer (Zozo) for Blizzara, or another single-target spell will normally do. Celes should have a higher SPD (speed) stat than Gau so her turn comes before Gau's more often.

You could also bring Shadow here before Zozo but after the Battle of Narshe so he can get uses of his Twin Fang. Ensure he's equipped with the relics, weapons, armor, and other gear that gives him the highest physical evasion stat so Twin Fang occurs as often as possible. (A Genji Glove or other means of dual wielding may provide you the highest evasion at this point in the game.) Ensure Celes is also in the party so she can heal. I also recommend Locke equipped with a Thief Bracer spamming Steal.

If you're focusing on Twin Fang uses alone (and you likely are), kill off Shadow pre-Leet River loop and level the rest of your party to be a higher level than Shadow because foes tend to focus fire on the lowest-level party member. You may need a separate Leet River loop with Shadow Dead to grind enough EXP to have the rest of your party outlevel Shadow, then do your main Leet River loop with Shadow blocking/evading as many hits as possible to trigger as many Twin Fangs as possible.

All this because whoever made this hack thought that these very high number of required ability uses (hundreds!) to get something later was a good idea. Your opinion may differ.
