11th July 1943 - As no other units have been able to match our speed and progress, there is no pincer attack directed at Kursk from the opposite direction, I will be on my own. As a result the Soviets have shifted the majority of their defenders to engage my forces, so I have to be prepared for immeddiate and heavy resistance. Lastly, I need to ensure my forces still have enough time to redeploy tp Prokhorovka, so I will only have a limited time to conduct my my raid on Kursk. Now for the good news! The Red Air Force has a diminished presence in this region, so I should expect fewer enemy fighters and bombers than on my previous missions. There will still be at least two large formations of enemy aircraft though. Additionally, we have discovered that many of the new prototype tanks are only small training units. This means that they shouldn't put up too much of a fight, giving us an excellent opportunity to analyze their strength and weakness before we encounter them in the future!

Difficulty is set to Rommel and we are trying to do a blind run with a historical unit composition. I will explain some advanced tactics and my thougths about different strategic approaches.
