ウインテクノというメーカーから登場した横スクロールアクションゲーム。ゲームはライフゲージ制となっており、主人公「マジカルキャット」を操り、各ステージに居座るボスをと悪の親玉グレートサタンを倒し、マジカルランドに平和を取り戻すという内容となっている。操作はキャラクター移動のレバーと攻撃ボタン、ジャンプボタンの2ボタン操作と至ってシンプル。キャラクターデザインからゲーム内容にいたるまで、明らかにセガの「ソニック･ザ･ヘッジホッグ」を意識した作品だが、かといって「ソニック」のようなスピード感は無く、これと言って特筆する点も無いのが残念。またウインテクノというメーカー自身もこの作品だけで消滅してしまっている。

ストーリー：
数百年に渡り争いごとの無い平和の国マジカルランド。しかしグレートサタンの復活により、マジカルランドは闇に包まれた・・・ 絶体絶命のマジカルランドに、勇敢なる若者が立ち上がった。
