1999 Honeywell Fan Problem

It has a problem. :(

UPDATE 6/4/13:
It appears that the problem went away(sorta). When I start it up(I always put it on Low) it makes some noise, but after 5-7 minutes it goes away.

UPDATE 8/7/15: The problem came back again and it worsen over time, causing the fan's motor to burn out on august 7, 2015 before sunrise.

UPDATE 7/4/16: I found out what the real cause of this problem was. It's cause of death on August 2015 was of a locked up dry motor. I didn't have oil so I was unable to save it. I bought a HT-900 to replace it.
