We're still not going Dwarf Fortress yet; surface towns seem to be much, much more possible and easy to do in this game than DF. Well, we're controlling humans and not Dwarves, anyhow. Really whiny humans, in fact, who can't even take an unlit tunnel for 20 meters before beginning to cry profusely.

Shit, even when you smooth the stone and ring the tunnel with lights, they'll still often classify it as hideous or horrifying. Screw all that for that kind of return; at least this time. We'll toss ourselves to the whims of Randy Random with joyous hearts, above ground like it was meant to be.
