2-9-17 Enemy Suppression
0Brought my BJ-1 into the mining collective. I used the precision, range, and high rate of fire of the AC2 along with it's quirks and a couple modules to suppress the enemy. The AC2s don't deal much damage in spite of their rate of fire, but they do have an effect on the enemy and how they operate. Being hit over and over again at a rapid rate makes them want to turn away or retreat to cover. Using this I engaged a number of enemy mechs who all tried to pop in and out and return fire, but had difficulty hitting me because of my own cover and the cannons are at a high point on the mech helping me shoot over that cover while reducing the area they are able to hit on mech. While I kept them in line, and taking out one or two in the process, my team overwhelmed the enemy's reduced numbers and swept to a decisive victory.
