Priority target for: Shifting Sands

Maintain on up to 4 DPS, prioritizes DPS with your Ebon Might
Grants +vers = to Augvokers Mastery stat
Extends duration of all Augvokers' things... i.e.: near infinite uptime on Hover

Turns into a mini-rally or mini-roar when talented.

-Doubles the range of Rescue without doubling the range of Rescues' animation... it looks like you are YEETing players TBH and it's funny AF. I don't condone YEETing your teammates into fiery death; but if you do it please record... for um, science.- *Hotfixed*
