Project IGI:
This is a mix of fixes so here is what I did.
I installed the Retail Disc Version I had (German Version)
I downloaded this FOV SCRIPT (only works with a few releases of the game, not all) https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/2398-project-igi-1-im-going-in-fov-fix/
After that I used DgVodoo to scale the game to 3840x1080 resolution.
