This was another one with speed rendering issues, so I fixed them and tightened up the contrast this morning. Man, Emo was a thing, you know? I can't believe people are starting to call it "retro" when it's not really that old yet.

I wanted to do an older but still short Chibiusa for this video, like maybe she's in college but still shorter than Usagi. I actually have a few adult friends shorter than Usagi and I feel like they kind of get left out of everything.
