Note: Still having some recording issues while streaming that I hadn't worked out yet. I think I've found a temporary solution so going forward shouldn't have any of this choppiness.

I have a ... large backlog. Whether from Steam sales, Humble Bundles, GOG sales or otherwise. I can't seem to stop buying the damn things. So in July 2014 over on the gaming forum at Ars Technica, it was suggested that we should do some quick run-throughs of 10 games from our backlog. The original idea was 10 minutes per game (not counting story/intros/tutorials), but I don't know that I can adequately gauge a game in 10 minutes, so I decided to bump my time-limit.

Here are the revised rules I've set for myself:
* No more than 1 hour (Ah HAHA!) / game, preferably less if the gist of the game can be experienced sooner.
* Will not be playing to completion during the stream just getting a feel for the games and seeing if they're worth continuing.

And because I have such a huge backlog I've decided I want to try and do this as a monthly thing, and I'll have a running list of 10 new games each month until I make my way through my backlog. I don't know that they'll always be done as a live stream marathon (it's more likely that they won't), or if I'll just do an hour or so recording session periodically throughout the month, to get through the 10 games I've chosen.
