Everything from skills, to perks, power level and attribute points. All you need to know to make your W40k Martyr inquisitor a little more personalised.

Perk 1 - Artificial organs - Health regen +100 / Innoc - 50% - Leaning players toward stacking health regen and perhaps even using their innoculator for damage boosts etc! - Great for players who want to go for a slower pace and take long drawn out fights. It's probably going to benefit those who aren't front line and taking high spike damage. Instead those fighting at range or kiting a lot. This bad boy is for you!
Perk 2 - Grinder - 20% + damage, no critical hits are delt - So this is fancy, we should be building this around skill tree choices where we are avoiding crit hit %, so perhaps some of the DOT / CC based skill trees or even something to help balance a completely tank character. - If you are on the fence, then do a quick bit of maths by taking your crit chance, timesing this by your crit multiplyer and then comparing this to 120% which is what you would get with the perk. Handy!
Tactical mastery - Swapping weapons reduces skill cooldown by 50% - Helpful for those who want to rely more on stacking focus to spam their armor abilities and grenades etc. Or want more frequent innoculator uses - Doesn't look that great on paper but might be really useful for particular builds later on or keeping up healing in boss fights for eg. Also presumably allows you to swap weapons and avoid the full CD from swapping. This one really excited me as spamming abilities from two different weapons sounds like it would introduce a lot of complexity and combo's to have fun with.
Crisis managment- Above 50% HP you suffer 30% more damage, Below 50% HP you suffer 30% lesss damage - Thus far this looks like it will combo well with other abilities that scale when you have a certain % of health. Making for some interesting, "low health" builds for those who like to live dangerously. This will allow you to make greater use of skills like ... and ... but of course at a cost of being risky as hell!
blessing of saint victorius - Can't take more than 40% of your HP in a single strike. Perhaps essential for squishies with low mitigation as well as those who want to front line against bosses with huge attacks. One of those abilities that you either need to have or you don't. Likely to become more popular as content and enemies get harder.
Tactician 50% bonus to global cooldowns (ouch that means your basic hits!) -30% CD to skills - Ok so you will be able to spam abilities more. This is going to be an aweosme choice for those who can afford some heat resistance for their heat managment, or perhaps those who want to spam more aimed shots at enemies and become a real sniper. Really cool concept but will require some planning and more thoughtful gameplay so that you can still kill trash quickly enough.
Eternal warrior - Instant ressurection, knocking back enemies. Once per missino. Doesn't count as a death. Handy, doesn't need much explaining., useful for those who expect to die and can't / don't want to reset a fight and start over.
Augmented body - No regenerate only innoculator - Suppression never goes down! - So innoc will have to do lots of heals and have lots of charges, but no need to build suppression at all.
So now - The future - Let's hope that we can see more and more perks, obviously we don't ned 100's as the combinations will get too unworldly to balance, but the more of these and the more varied the better. Three per character seems a good balance in that you can have some good combinations but not get lost in the options. More and more variety is definitely going to give some players a little bit of an option to "plan" your character and give us some of that juicy ARPG strategy.
Keep up the good work neocore, these perks are exactly what many of us wanted, a simple way to make our characters feel slightly more unique, without going too far down the road of becoming special snowflakes.
See you next time ladies and gents!
