The Trail to the Ale 5K race took place at Saluda Shoals Park and was put together by The Ronald McDonald House Charities Columbia and the team from Strictly Running. I believe this was the first race for RMHC in this particular park, though it used a similar race course to the Bubble Run I did a while back. It was hot, it was humid, and while my pace was slow, I'm glad I participated.
