The 6th Biennial FutureVisions Symposium at CSU’s Lory Student Center Theater features nine noted experts on information and communication technologies. These visionaries project five years into the future to explore big data, digital security and privacy, social media and psychometrics, the Internet of Things, augmented and virtual realities, and geodesign, as well as a keynote address on the Future of the Internet. The Symposium addresses the rapid evolution of technology in each of these booming fields where the rate of change is accelerating and explores how we can manage their dramatic effects on individuals and society.
The symposium was recorded by the RAMProductions student live event production team. RAMProductions was created by the Department of Journalism and Media Communication at Colorado State University with support from Campus Television (CTV), the College of Liberal Arts, and CSU External Relations.
