2019 Theme Progress - Day 26 of Health and Organisation
My Theme Progress updates are simply that - updates on my year's theme.
In 2019 that is Health and Organisation.
They are likely to get shorter or less frequent as the year progresses due to fitting into a rhythm of organisation, but most days I should be working on my health and so there should be one most days.
My fitness apps at the beggining of 2019 are -
- BodBot
- 100 Pushups workout
- 300 Abs workout
- 300 Squats workout. Be Stronger
- 50 Pull ups workout be stronger
- Butt Fitness Trainer -Hips,Butt&Legs
- Daily Yoga - Yoga Fitness Plans
I dont use them all every day, but plan on using them all in conjuntion with one another (though some will be ejected from use I am sure)
I also continue to practice and learn Kung-Fu
For Organisation I am trialling - Remember The Milk, Todoist, Tasks, Go Trends and Writer Tools.
I started the year at 236lb, whether i end up heavier or lighter - i want to end the year healthier. I need to be able to breath properly again.
